Data we collect
When you join the ionTrust waitlist, we collect your name, company, work email, the role you submit, and a consent timestamp and consent version. We do not store your IP address or use profiling.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use your details only to manage the ionTrust waitlist and to send you ionTrust waitlist and product updates. The lawful basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
Recipients
Your data is accessed by authorised ionProjects personnel and by service providers acting on our instructions to operate hosting and our chosen email platform. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
International transfers
Our service providers are contracted to process data only on our instructions. Any international transfer, if needed, uses applicable GDPR safeguards. Updated transfer details can be requested from the privacy contact.
Retention
We keep your data until you withdraw consent or request deletion, after which we delete it unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data, to withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Opting out and requesting your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing dpo@ionprojects.be. To request deletion or exercise any of your rights, email the same address.
Automated decisions and requirement
This waitlist involves no automated decision-making or profiling. Supplying the requested fields and your consent is required to join the waitlist; otherwise the team cannot send you updates.
